- BE/B.Tech OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Graduation from a Recognized University.
- Proficiency in Computer application through:
- “O” Level Certificate by DOEACC or equivalent.
- COPA/DPCA certificate recognized by the State Council of Vocational Training.
- Diploma in Computer Science or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in Information Technology (RS-CIT) from Vardhman Mahaveer University or Equivalent.
