A Non-Refundable Demand draft must be attached as application fee of Rs 2000 for general
category persons and Rs 1000 for OBC/SC/ST/PwD/EWS domiciled in the State of Uttar Pradesh for applicants within the country and US $ 100.00 or equivalent foreign currency for overseas candidates in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow Academic Account, payable at (SBICode No. 7789) SGPGIMS, Lucknow. Candidates should write their name on the back side of the
draft.
SGPGIMS Faculty Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification
- Medical qualification: Must have a medical degree recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, OR an equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate Qualification: Must have a recognized MD/MS/DM/MCh OR equivalent in the relevant specialty.
Teaching and Research Experience:
- Professor– 14 Years Post-MD/DNB, including 03 Years as Senior Resident.
- Additional Professor– 10 Years Post-MD/DNB, including 03 Years as Senior Resident.
- Associate Professor– 06 Years Post-MD/DNB, including 03 Years as Senior Resident.
- Assistant Professor– 03 Years Post-MD/DNB, including 01 Years as Senior Resident.
DM/MCh/DNB – (Super-Specialty) qualification may also be considered with relevant experience.
Minimum qualification for Teachers – Must Fulfill NMC’s regulations for Medical Council Teaching Institutions.
